Founder & Managing Member
Stacey M. Edwards, Esq.
Stacey founded Edwards Estate & Elder Law in 1999, the year she was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar — the same week her son turned one. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Her work spans estate planning, elder law, Medicaid advocacy, guardianship, probate, and litigation when the situation calls for it. Her favorite saying: A setback is only an opportunity for a comeback.

Jennifer Costa
Jennifer joined the firm in 2014. She runs estate administration and keeps every file moving on schedule.
Maria Rodriguez
Maria joined the firm in 2018. She manages every Medicaid application from intake to approval.
David Chen
David joined the firm in 2021. He focuses on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters.
Rebecca Klein
Rebecca joined the firm in 2020. She handles will contests and fiduciary disputes in New Jersey courts.
Aisha Williams
Aisha joined the firm in 2019. She is the welcome sign — she's also the person who makes scheduling effortless.
Thomas O'Brien
Tom joined the firm in 2017. A retired Superior Court judge who consults on complex litigation strategy.
Priya Patel
Priya joined the firm in 2022. She supports estate planning intake and document preparation.
Michael Donnelly
Michael joined the firm in 2016. He runs the office operations that let the lawyers focus on legal work.
Sophia Hernandez
Sophia joined the firm in 2023. She is the first voice clients hear and the calm at the front of the room.
